Mother and daughter appear in court charged with ‘first all-female alleged British terror plot’

A mother and daughter accused of what is thought to be the first all-female alleged British-based terror plot, have appeared in court.

Mina Dich, 43, her daughter Rizlaine Boular, 21, plotted ‘to murder a person or persons unknown’, it is claimed.

A third person, Khawla Barghouthi, 20, is also charged with one count of engaging in the preparation of a terrorist act and conspiracy to murder.
