Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov has compared homosexuals to devils before saying any left in his country should be sent to Canada.

The hard line president claimed there were no gays in his Russian republic just months after allegedly ordering a ‘purge’ in which LGBT people were said to be placed in camps.
