The founder and leader of Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare has prayed for God to make Nana Akufo-Addo a blessing to the country.
Nana Akufo-Addo assumed office as President of Ghana at a colourful ceremony on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the Black Star square in Accra.
He took over from John Mahama who served just one term as President.
Bishop Agyin-Asare in a Facebook post, made reference to Biblical scriptures that called for prayers for leaders of countries that their reign is charactized by peace and honesty and that “this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour”
Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare, who is a member of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council ahead of the swearing-in of Akufo-Addo joined the Council to visit the President [then Presient-elect] at his home to congratulate him on his victory.
