The first extraordinary session of ECOWAS meeting in Accra chaired by President of Ghana and Chairman of ECOWAS, President John Mahama although and important gathering for heads of states in the sub-region to take a critical look at their national security has infuriated most commuting Ghanaians who “cannot stand the frustration of staying in traffic for hours”.
The traffic, attributed to the blockade of some principal streets of the capital has resulted in a bumper to bumper traffic situation.
