Ghana’s official ‘Swaggon papa’, Funny Face is set to collaborate with international gospel sensation Sonnie Badu on a new single.
Funny Face made this known when Jeremie hosted him on Live FM’s route 919 show. The comedian admitted that he did not take his music seriously initially and that it was evident in the kind of songs he had done previously; mainly comic ones whose lyrics were just to entertain people. He cited song like “My Car” and “Aponkye” as songs he made just for fun and entertainment.
The “Dabo Dabo” hitmaker further added that he was now ready to pursue music with a little more seriousness hence the plan to join Sonnie Badu on the yet to be released gospel song. The artiste said he was more interested in imparting lives positively through music, mainly gospel. Funny Face recently released a new single, “Dabo Dabo” which received massive airplay and promoted by 233livenews was widely appreciated by fans. The single track sought to preach the message of humility, friendliness and peace among individuals.
Funny Face, although have been in the Ghanaian entertainment industry for a period less than six (6) years has become a household name and almost a friend to all by kind courtesy his free-spirited nature.
