An Accra High Court has dismissed Justice Francis Kpegah’s suit against the 2012 Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
This follows an application filed by Nana Addo in court calling for the case brought against him by Justice Kpegah, to be thrown out for lack of merit.
The former Supreme Court judge filed the suit, accusing the presidential candidate of the NPP of impersonation and holding himself out as a lawyer, when the evidence available to him proves otherwise.
Justice Francis Kpegah failed to show up in court the last time the case was called due to ill health.
In an earlier interview, Justice Kpegah gave indication he was going to convince the Chief Justice to allow live broadcast of the case due to the merits of the case.
