Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing of NDC Application

The Supreme Court has adjourned hearing of the NDC’s application to join the NPP’s petition against the Electoral Commission and the President as the NPP prepares to challenge the composition of the panel of judges sitting on the case.

The New Patriotic Party filed a petition against the Electoral Commission in the Supreme court last week after it rejected the results declared by the Electoral Commission which mention H.E. John Dramani Mahama as the president-elect.

The NDC also joined in later to also petition the court against the Electoral Commission.
